As a mobile outreach worker, and reporting to the Centre Manager at Stone, you will spend the majority of your time visiting places where you may find people who could benefit from the services that Signposts provide, engaging with them, informing them about Signposts and offering whatever support may be appropriate. We would like to invite you to the Annual General Meeting of Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Partnership NHS Trust to be held on 5 September at Rising Brook Conference Centre, Rising Brook Baptist Church Centre (map), Burton Square, Stafford, ST17 9LT from 5pm to 7pm.
This post is for 16 hours managing the SDVS Centre, its facilities and the requirements of all of its occupying organisations, including Stafford District Voluntary Services.
